Handle with care. Avoid dropping, hitting and pulling hard as it may cause damage. Remove the piece during the physical work, shower and sports.

Silver pieces react to moisture, dust and sweat, which results in tarnishing. To maintain the colour, wipe the piece with a soft cloth regularly. We recommend to use a silver cloth for the non-plated silver piece. For the gold-plated piece, use the dry soft cloth. Do not use the polishing compound.

Please allow 3-4 weeks of shipment.

Please note that it could be longer or shorter depending on the production capabilities and other conditions.

As the product is made to order, no returns or exchange can be accepted. 

In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info.nuuf@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include your name, the proof of the purchase, description of the issue and a photo of the piece.
